Harvesting festivities
These festivities take place during the last week of August and the first week of September. In the course of these dates, the streets of Requena become the stage of colorful parades and many events. You can’t miss the Rally Humorístico, with costumed cars and funny games.
FEREVIN Wine Fair
The biggest display of the wines that are produced in the Utiel-Requena district and one of the most important ones in the Community of Valencia. A fair aimed at everyone who enjoys wine.
The butchery Fair
One of the main winter fairs in the Community of Valencia and an important tourist attraction. One will be able to taste some of the traditional gastronomy of Requena: longaniza, morcilla, sobrasada, salchichón, chorizo, güeña y perro, just as bollo de magras and other meals made by the housewives association.
San Sebastián festivities
San Sebastián is the patron saint of the neighbourhood of Las Peñas. On one of the last weekends in January, people organize many activities in his honor: the collection of Pan Bendito, la Pará (a curious auction) and a bonfire.
San Antón festivities
These are the festivities in our neighbourhood, La Villa. Usually celebrated in the last weekend of January. The most interesting events would be:

Every year this festivity warms up the cold winters of Requena with plenty of costumes, music and fun.
The Holy Week
Restrained and austere. It is worth mentioning the concerts of the Week of Sacred Music, played in Santa Maria church.

- La Carrera de la Joya: a very unique and traditional race. There is a bonfire, baked potatos and sausages and “Gregoria”, a sweet wine, for all the competitors. You can participate with your dog in one of the categories.
- The collection of Pan Bendito
- A religious parade of the saint in a carriage pulled by a donkey
- La Pará
