How to book?
- Select the dates in the occupation calendar, fill in your data and send the form. You can also call us or write us via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
- Make the reservation transfer (25% of the total price)
- Send us the bank receipt via email or WhatsApp
- That’s all! Casa Lucía is now ready and waiting for you on the selected dates.

Our policy

We guarantee some flexibility if you book from the official website.
DEPOSIT:
During the check-in a deposit of 250€ will be asked for. We accept both cash or credit cards. The deposit will be returned once we check the accomodation for possible damage.
PAYMENT METHOD:
25% of the total price to make the reservation. The rest of it can be paid before the check-in via bank transfer or when you arrive either in cash or with a credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
General:
- If cancellation is made 60 days before the date, we return 50% of your payment.
- Between 60 and 30 days before the date, 25% is returned.
- For last 30 days cancellations we do not return the deposit.
